God has called me to serve college students at Texas A&M University at Kingsville! I am the Team Director for a team of missionaries, aiming to create an environment for young adults to flourish in their faith journeys. College is an incredibly important time of growth and development for so many people, which is why FOCUS is so invested in exposing students to the truth of Jesus Christ.

My first encounter with FOCUS was at the annual national conference called SEEK in January of 2019. I had a radical encounter with Jesus during one of the many keynote talks, and my life was irrevocably changed. It was after this conference that I began diving into my Catholic faith, not only learning what I actually believed as a young Catholic, but also becoming surrounded in an amazing community of people, including our own campus missionaries. It was after interacting with the UF missionaries regularly and participating in campus retreats that I realized I was called to engage in campus ministry full-time. This call is what led me to saying yes to becoming a FOCUS missionary.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me pursue this mission. This is an opportunity to not only trust God with every last part of my mission work, but for Him to bless other people in my life with an opportunity to support His kingdom on campuses.
