We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“It is Jesus that you seek when you dream of happiness; He is waiting for you when nothing else you find satisfies you.” – Pope St. John Paul II
God has called me to serve at University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Gig ’em Pointers! These are my teammates: Jackie, Tessa, and my husband, Isaac.
Isaac and I entered into the vocation of marriage this past December, and we are so excited to be a witness to marriage on the UWSP campus.
When I was a freshman in college, I realized that Jesus wants a deep and intimate relationship with me.
My friend, Jenna, invited me to daily Mass and prayer from the very beginning of college. I could not help but say yes, and that ‘yes’ to Jenna’s invitation was actually a larger ‘yes’ to Jesus — showing up for Him in a real and tangible way. I was drawn to the devotion with which Jenna lived her life: her devotion to prayer, the sacraments, fellowship, and to the teachings of the Church. Jenna’s friendship brought me to know Jesus in a new and beautiful way.
As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world.
When Isaac and I answered the call to join FOCUS, we made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help us through this mission. We’d be honored to share this mission with you. Please reach out to us via phone or email if you’d like to know more about our mission with FOCUS.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
