I am a third year missionary on campus at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas (Go Crusaders!). You’ll find me walking around campus hanging out with college students, cooking meals, drinking coffee, and talking with them about what it actually means to be a disciple of Jesus. I am so excited to be sharing how important and exciting it is to live our lives for Christ, as we were made to be!
I grew up in a culturally Catholic area of the United States, and as a result, felt very comfortable where I was in regards to my faith entering into college. I would attend mass and say a prayer or two most nights, so I was doing well, right? It wasn’t until I encountered the missionaries at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette that I met a group of people that really challenged me in what I thought being Catholic looked like, and the joy that they had while living this way! Not only were they able to show me what it looked like, but they also met with me and taught me to see how God was asking me to live my own life, and how to teach others to come to this same truth through Scripture, personal prayer, the sacraments, and by living in community with others who are going after the same goals.
In living this way, I have felt a particular call to repay the gift I was given by God through the missionaries I encountered by becoming a missionary myself to walk with college students in their own paths towards becoming the saints we were all made to be.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.
