We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:20
I am part of the Digital Outreach Team! Upon transitioning from the US Army as an Armor Officer, I decided that I wanted to serve college students because I was so profoundly impacted by FOCUS missionaries.
As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world. I desire to be a part of the army of missionaries that bring college students to Christ through authentic friendship and furthering invitations to Divine intimacy.
FOCUS has left an indelible mark on my life. I met my wife, Caroline, at the annual conference in 2018. The formation we both received as students and alumni of FOCUS encouraged us to live out mission in our time at Fort Benning, Fort Hood, Sheppard AFB, and while serving overseas. We truly believe in sharing the Good News with others. Encountering the Word of God in bible studies and walking with others towards virtuous lives are two specific gifts that we have received from our formation with FOCUS. We are so excited to see where this journey will take us!
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
