God has called me to be a Ram! I’ll be serving the college students of Angelo State University, In San Angelo, Texas!

During my time as a student at Texas Tech, I struggled to grow in my faith at the beginning of college. I have always loved the Catholic Church, but I had never really pursued my own personal relationship with Jesus.

During my Junior year of college, I was placed in a bible study where my leader and other girls in that bible study redeemed the idea of friendship in college. I never knew that the Lord would send me these women to love me in the ways that I was desperate for. Here are these women who changed my life for the better!

In these women, I saw a level of freedom they were living because of their personal relationship with Christ. Which was so desirable to me and I know it is for anyone that meets holy, captivating women, and men. Christ enabled me to live in the freedom of being loved by women and those around me.

When I was encouraged to apply to FOCUS I was beyond excited to know there were other people my age that are pursuing this same relationship with Christ. I experienced so much joy and love from each person I met through FOCUS and started to really understand how important having a faith-based community is for us. I want nothing more than to help lead other students to experience the deep joy that comes from living as a disciple of Jesus and allowing Him to love them fully through His Church and the people He places in their life.

My story is simple: I encountered Jesus in friendship, and relationship with others. Please do me the great honor to join me in my mission, and our vocation to love others. 

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me spread the good news to starving souls. But in order to go to Angelo State and encounter these women, who are the mothers of the next generation, and serve them as a full-time missionary I need your help.
