Christ has called me back to serve the students of Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho, for another year! I am so excited to spend more time with the students hanging out at the Chick-fil-a on campus, at St. John’s Student Center, or in nature around campus. Find me some time, and I’d love to share my story of how Jesus has radically changed my life by the littlest of yeses that have led to the greatest yes of all!

The heart of a missionary is aflame with the desire to share Christ with others. As a student, for years, I struggled with this desire to be seen and to be loved. I was seeking this great love in friendships and relationships, never feeling fulfilled or whole yet longing to be. Then, when the pandemic hit, I fell into a false notion that I was abandoned and completely alone within my faith life. In that space, something radical happened. I encountered FOCUS missionaries at a time when I was open to Christ, and they profoundly touched my life. They encouraged me to live out a Christ-centered life and constantly pushed me out of my comfort zone for the greater purpose of mission. That is when I heard Christ call for me to deny myself, take up my cross and follow Him (Mt. 16:24) in the form of a FOCUS missionary; it was an absolute yes! As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. Jesus has transformed my life, and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the GOSPEL. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, take on our humanity, and spend most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus’ example to find the best way to reach the world. I’ve been constantly amazed by the different souls I’ve encountered on campus and truly desire to encounter many more! I am incredibly blessed to be called into this great mission and would love to share this mission with you!

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission.
