I get to serve as a Team Director in Colorado Springs, CO, where my team and I have been given the opportunity to serve those who are preparing to serve us. Go Falcons!

My Story
FOCUS has impacted me in life changing ways. Throughout my college career at the University of Minnesota – Duluth, I encountered authentic friendships with people who called me higher and challenged me to pursue my relationship with Christ. During my senior year, I recognized the brokenness in myself and in the world around me. Through friendships with FOCUS missionaries, SEEK2019, and a mission trip to Nebraska, I also encountered Jesus unending love for me and His deep desire to make the brokenness beautiful. Because of the magnitude of His deep love, I was struck with the urgency of helping others encounter Jesus so they can wake up from this world and strive for eternity with the Lord. The conviction of that urgency propelled me to respond to the need by saying yes to being a missionary.
Walking along side so many college students as they encounter Jesus and make the choice to follow Him has been the greatest gift and has strengthened my own relationship with Jesus in incredible ways. I am in my fourth year serving with FOCUS and I am SO excited to continue encountering our Lord with those around me so that one day, we may all be with Him forever.
Your Impact
This is not just a fun job I m doing because I love Jesus and like making friends. It s an urgent mission for souls that are in dire need of Christ. We are in a battle for the souls of ourselves and the souls of our brothers and sisters wandering the earth, being called home. When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
