God has called me to serve college athletes at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. You’ll typically find me in the gym, hanging out at the cafeteria, or around the Newman center. Through His love and mercy Jesus has completely changed my life, and I’d love to tell you all about it! Come find me! I’d be honored to meet you and to share my story with you. 🙂

As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students home to Christ, offering them hope and a place to belong. Through Bible studies, outreach events, mission trips, and discipleship, I am called to inspire and build up students in the faith, sending them out to spread the good news and to live out the Great Commission. Specifically, as a Varsity Catholic missionary, I am ministering to college athletes who are searching for Christ, helping them realize that their deepest identity is in Christ and the God who created them.

College campuses are described as a “grave site”, meaning that it is a place where many students will lose their way and forget their true identities as beloved sons and daughters of God. This pierces my heart as I reflect back on my time on a college campus and know that if not for the grace of God, I might have completely lost my way during that time. God has given me the vision of sharing His life-changing love that I encountered, and I want nothing more than to remind others of their true identities as God’s beloved, just as He has reminded me.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of a team mission partners to help me through this mission. As an athlete, I loved having a team, and the same is true for me as a missionary! I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
