We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
Before I tell you my story, allow me to invite you into a moment of reflection. Ask yourself: How has God worked in my life?
Over the last few years, God has worked in such a way that has completely changed the trajectory of my life. Starting in December of 2022, He began to call me to a new way of living. I began to dive deeply into His word, reform my life to reflect the love of Jesus, and explore more deeply than ever before the meaning and life of the Catholic Church. I realized the depth of my sin, and the separation of the world around me from the will of God. I am a sinner, looked upon by the gaze of Christ. Because God showed me love and forgiveness, I am willing to do what it takes to follow God with my whole life. This mission to reach college students is not for me, but for every single soul that God years for. It is for future generations, that they might know what it means to be truly alive and free. It is for God, who is calling into the world, “Where are my children going?”
My first encounter with FOCUS was in the fall of 2024. I was invited by my roommate to attend a Bible study with him, and the leader was a FOCUS missionary. I learned so much about who God is, and who I am. I learned the essence of my own existence and therefore my own value as a beloved son of God. I learned intricate details of connected passages in the Bible and how they relate to Catholic practices, along with gaining a deeper understanding of the most basic principles of faith. One of the greatest gifts of this time in my life is being invited deeper into mission, to lead my very own Bible studies and walk with students myself. If the Lord places it on your heart, I would be incredibly grateful if you would help support me in my mission. I couldn’t do it without the support of faithful and generous souls like you!
God bless you, and thank you for your support.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
