To make a new gift, we recommend using the “Give” button on the main page of our website for the easiest experience.

You can mail your check gift to PO Box 17408 Denver, CO 80217. Please make the check out to FOCUS, and write the missionary’s name and ID in the memo line. Please note that checks take 2-5 weeks for us to receive, allocate, and process.

You can update your gift by accessing the Donor Portal. Scroll up on this page and click “Donor Portal” under the four giving options. From there, click “Access the Donor Portal”. If you run into any issues accessing your account, or would like to update your gift over the phone, please give us a call at 303-962-5750, 8:30-11:30 a.m./1:15-5:00 p.m. MST Monday-Friday.  You can also email us at [email protected].

Please do not send credit card numbers or bank information through email.

Your missionary will notify you of their departure. Once they depart, your gift will be placed on hold for three months, allowing you time to decide to either transfer your gift to another missionary, or fully end your gift. Please contact us with your decision via email at [email protected], or by phone at 303-962-5750, 8:30-11:30/1:15-5:00 MST Monday-Friday.

When you begin supporting a FOCUS missionary, you may choose to make a time-bound commitment to support them for a specific period. However, recurring gifts established online through FOCUS do not automatically have a two-year commitment or an end date.

If you make a time-bound commitment directly with a missionary, please communicate the agreed-upon end date to the Donor Care team so that we can ensure your recurring gift is scheduled to end accordingly.

Otherwise, your recurring gift will continue to process as long as the missionary remains on mission with FOCUS. If you would like to discontinue your support, you may contact the Donor Care team for assistance. At this time, there is no way to make a fully anonymous gift through our online form or through the portal. To make an anonymous gift, please send a cashier’s check.

You can access your unofficial giving statement in the Donor Portal by clicking on “Giving history”. Each year, FOCUS mails a summary of your donations from the previous year for tax purposes. If you would like a duplicate copy, please email us at [email protected].

FOCUS sends mailings both from our national work and also from our individual Catholic missionaries. If you would prefer that we not contact you through mail, phone, or email, please contact the Donor Care team.
