THE PASTOR SUMMIT IS ABOUT RENEWAL
This experience offers vision grounded in Christ, practical formation from the heart of the Church, and, most especially, space for priests and bishops to experience the Lord’s mercy and quality brotherhood.
The Pastor Summit brings together priests and bishops from across the country to discuss the principles of the Church’s vision for evangelization. Beyond principles, FOCUS leaders and veteran parish missionaries share best practices in making disciples and ways to accompany disciples so that they themselves become disciple-makers transforming a parish and diocese, while ensuring each people is personally known, loved, and cared for as well.
We are privileged to welcome Monsignor James Shea to keynote Pastor Summit 2026. In addition to Msgr. Shea, Dr. Edward Sri, Curtis Martin, and experienced FOCUS parish missionaries will lead workshops with time for questions-and-answers as well as table discussions to learn from each other.
We’re gathering local missionary disciples who want to build authentic friendships and be encouraged to live on mission within their communities.
Whether you’re new to the area or seeking to reignite your faith alongside others, this event is for you.
A pillar of the Pastor Summit is the rejuvenating brotherhood priests and bishops experience—not only to grow in missionary vision together but time to be strengthened in the joy of their priesthood. Through beautiful liturgies, extended time of prayer, the availability of confession, an optional golf outing, dinner and fellowship in the backyard of Dr. Edward Sri, the Pastor Summit aims to offer a time of refreshment and fraternal joy.

“This Pastor Summit was the best yet. There are not many opportunities ever where I can be with brother priests on mission in a setting like the Pastor Summit with the leaders of FOCUS and folks like Dr. Scott Hahn to listen, ask questions and learn from each other. Quite amazing and incredible blessing.”
