Where I serve

I am a fourth year missionary, serving my first year in University College Cork.

My Story

I was raised in a Catholic family, but struggled to form a relationship with Jesus and a committed prayer life.

After spending two years in a beautiful community called Holy Family Mission that forms you in your faith and prayer life, I set sail for university.

Unfortunately, there were no FOCUS missionaries on my campus. My time in community prepared me well for university, but I know this is not the case for most students. I thirsted that all on my university campus would come to know Christ and live an abundant life with Him. I wanted to accompany them to Jesus but didn’t know how to.

In light of this, I chose to follow God’s call and become a FOCUS missionary. I have been equipped in how to share the gospel effectively and coach others to do the same.

It has been a joy accompanying students in discipleship, guiding them towards putting Jesus at the very centre of their lives. I would love for you to be part of this mission, in bringing as many souls to heaven as we can!

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
