We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
After serving a wonderful two years at the University of North Dakota and three years as the Team Director at DePauw University, I now work in the Talent and Leadership Development (T&LD) department. In T&LD, we enable our Christ-centered leaders to thrive, grow, and impact others for Jesus and His Church through hiring, professional development, and performance conversations.
As a student at USD, my life was changed by the simple, everyday power of community. The missionaries, myself, and other women would workout, get brunch after Mass, pray, and take trips together. We had movie nights, shopping trips, conferences, and retreats in which we could lift ourselves out of the typical college scene and then invite others into our lives.
As a campus missionary, that’s exactly what I did. I invited students out of their comfort zones, teaching them to pray, and living life with them. Now, as a Support Center missionary, I coach our missionaries to be more effective leaders, evangelists, and disciples.
Without any hesitation I know that I have been called to FOCUS, and I can’t help but look eagerly ahead at my newest adventure. Are there challenges? Of course! However, I have a steadfast trust in the role that those challenges will play in not only my sanctification, but the sanctification of those with whom I work. Please pray for me as I “answer the call,” and rest assured that you are in my prayers as well!
Live the adventure. Trust the Way.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
