We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
Next to the Blessed Sacrament itself, your neighbor
is the holiest object presented to your senses.

The Lord has invited me to serve as the Team Director at the University of Southern Indiana!
After two years on campus at Indiana University (go Hoosiers) and a year behind-the-scenes using my creative gifts to build up our mission through the Marketing department, I am so excited to be back on campus, serving both missionaries and students.
When I was a freshman in college, I realized for the first time that Jesus Christ Himself actually, really, loves me.
I realized that He desires to intimately participate in my life. He wants to spend every moment with me, to make decisions with me, to give me everything He has and everything I need. Though I spent much of my life hearing the words “Jesus loves you,” I never understood the reality of that Love, nor the depth and breadth that it reaches. When I started to figure that out my freshman year, I had absolutely no idea what to do with the information.
Then, at the start of my sophomore year at Colorado State University, I met a FOCUS missionary named Sarra. We became fast friends, and she invited me both into her bible study and into her daily life — to work with her, eat with her, pray with her, attend mass with her, everything. I was so drawn to her joy! Through her witness and boldness, I learned that the only response to Jesus’s profound Love for me was to live intimately in relationship with Him through prayer. When I started to show up to actually encounter Jesus, who so intimately wanted my friendship, I was transformed. I d never known such a deep and honest joy, or had such a true understanding of who I was.
Now, my greatest desire is for all people to know the Joy of life with Christ, and to be unafraid to share it with others in the way Sarra did for me and so many other women on our campus.
In the Gospel of Matthew, the Lord instructs us to “go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations.” I have the great task and great privilege of responding to this commission with my entire life. I spend each day serving my fellow missionaries and these college students so that Jesus can be glorified and the Church strengthened. Most people don’t have the opportunity to give so freely of their daily lives, but as St. Teresa of Calcutta beautifully said, “some give by going, and others go by giving.” Your participation in this mission through financial and spiritual support is one way to fulfill that commission, and it truly makes our mission possible.
If you want to know more about FOCUS or my work, reach out to me via phone or email. I’d be honored to invite you into it.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
