My Story

Through the last four years of college, I have seen the many ways that God has worked in my life. When I entered college, I felt like the rug had been pulled out from under me. I had to make all new friends in a state that I was not familiar with. Through an invitation to a bible study, the Lord answered my desire for community. In this bible study, I was able to meet God and gained some of my best friends. These men have helped me through college and helped me become the man I am today. However, even though I had these men, I felt like something was still missing. I desired more from my faith than Sunday mass and bible study. It wasn’t until I went on a mission trip to Peru that I truly met Him through the people around me, and in the Eucharist in adoration.

I’ve seen His unending pursuit of me and the satisfaction of all my desires. He knows my needs before I am able to express them and has guided me from the very start of my life. Now I am here to give to others what I have received. Through Jesus’s love and mercy, I have come to know more of who I am and was made to be. I hope that every person I meet gets a glimpse of that same truth. Now being a missionary, I get to do exactly what the Lord has called me to do, and what I have always wanted.

“And you, Child, will be called the prophet of the Most High; for you will go before the Lord to prepare his ways, to give knowledge of salvation to his people in the forgiveness of their sins, through the tender mercy of our God.” Luke 1:76-77

I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
