We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
Hey there! We’re Mike and Liv, feel free to reach out if you need anything!
I’m serving as a third-year missionary at Carroll College while Liv is serving in an affiliate role. We hope to see you around campus!
Mike’s story: I grew up in a small Catholic family on the western side of Washington State. Growing up, I never really knew the faith for myself, and after losing a family member, I decided to stop practicing the faith. I started attending Eastern Washington University in the fall of 2019 and quickly fell into the life of partying. Once COVID-19 hit, I found myself back home, left confused about what to do and where to go with my life. The party life wasn’t giving me the fulfillment I was looking for, and therefore, I started to feel lost in my identity. It wasn’t until a FOCUS Missionary who had reached out to me in my freshman year texted me once I was back on campus, asking if I wanted to join a Bible study. Through that Missionary and Bible study, I learned about SEEK (the annual conference put on by FOCUS) and decided to go. Once there, I was moved by the love of Christ and came to realize my true identity as a beloved son of God. I left the party world behind and started practicing the faith again. If you’d like to hear more of my testimony, please reach out! I’d be happy to share!
As two Catholics, we have received the call to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19). With your support, we’re able to do just that by being on campus, encountering and sharing the Gospel with students, just as my Missionary did for me. It would be an honor for you to join us!

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
