We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
God has called me to serve the students at the University of Cincinnati. Go Bearcats!
I am blessed to have been born and raised Catholic. I grew up knowing God was good, but never going all-in with my faith. During college, I started to place my worth in academics and career success. While striving for high grades and top internships, I abandoned my true identity as a daughter of God. Halfway through college, by the grace of God, I encountered Christ. I came to know His love for me, personally. Slowly, I began to turn away from the sin in my life, and run towards Christ. Thanks to the guidance of a FOCUS missionary, I didn’t have to walk this new life with Christ alone. I found a great friend and community to share this faith with.
I know that my life was transformed by the grace of God alone. My greatest desire is to lead others to Christ, starting with the students at Cincinnati. I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel! In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus own example as the best method of reaching the world.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I am not able to reach students on campus without the generous support of His people who partner with me in this mission. If you are interested in joining my team, please let me know, and I would love to schedule an appointment. You can reach me at [email protected]. It would be a great honor to share this mission with you!
We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
