God has called me to serve college students at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with an amazing team of missionaries!  You’ll typically find me at the Newman Center, local coffee shops, or hanging out around campus. I have a pretty cool story about how Jesus has changed my life — I think you should hear it sometime! Come find me and I’d love to share it with you. 🙂

Growing up, I had a very supportive and loving Catholic family.  We went to Mass, prayed before bed and meals, and volunteered in our community.  Throughout my time in high school and the first few years in college, I went to Mass and was active in my college Newman Center.  I had a great group of friends, but lacked a personal relationship with Jesus in prayer.  At the same time, I was experiencing the difficulties in remaining true to my Catholic faith in the world of college athletics, as I was on the Women’s Golf Team at the University of Northern Iowa. 

FOCUS missionaries came to UNI my junior year of college.  They challenged me and loved me so well.  They encouraged me to have a daily prayer life and taught me how to lead others in faith.  Through a season-ending injury and surgery my junior year of college, I had the space to learn my true identity as a beloved daughter of God.  As I learned more about the Lord’s love for me and what it looked like to be His daughter, I fell more in love with my Catholic faith and sharing it with those around me.  The Lord kept inviting me over and over again to spend some years being a missionary and I could not have been more excited to say yes!  I cannot wait to see what He has in store for these years.  As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ.  My life has been transformed by Jesus and I am beyond excited to share that with the students at Ohio State!  

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
