Where I serve

I am excited to serve my third year on mission as a Team Director at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI)! It is truly an honor to be able to share the good news of the resurrected Lord in this way. I look forward to telling you all about my adventures with my new friends!

My Story

Growing up in a Polish Catholic home in New York City, I was blessed with a close-knit community of friends and families who attended Sunday Mass, religious education classes, and our parish Youth Group meetings. The Catholic faith is ingrained in the traditions that my parents made sure we learned after immigrating from Poland in 2002. However, it wasn’t until I went to college at Columbia University and was personally invited into Bible Study that I realized God, in His Son Jesus, was a person who desired to be a part of my life. The dear friendship that formed between my Bible Study leader and me enabled me to learn what it means to live a Christ-centered life. My heart grew, along with my desire to tell others about the Truth, as I learned to love God who has loved me first.

Thanks to the FOCUS missionaries at Columbia University I got to witness the power of walking with others in friendship the way Jesus desires to walk with each of us. Their mentorship of the students who came before me created a strong foundation that allowed me to dive further into the beauty of the Catholic Church. Ultimately it was seeing their love for Christ and their friendship that I decided to join the mission of the New Evangelization with FOCUS. I can’t wait to continue walking with the students at Boston University and see their hearts burn with love for Him!
