We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I’m in my 10th year with FOCUS and currently serving as the Director of Events for FOCUS. My team’s main role is planning and facilitating events that bring our students and missionaries into a real encounter with Christ. This includes our national conferences (SEEK), New Staff Training for our missionaries on campus, recruitment weekends for potential missionaries, and much more!
Born in Minnesota and raised in Wisconsin (Go Pack Go!), I grew up in the land of 6+ month winters, cheese curds, and “Ohh you betcha!” I then spent four glorious years down in Atchison, Kansas where I attended Benedictine College. It was there that I first came to the realization that the northern accent was a real thing, the exaggerated impressions you hear really aren’t that big of an exaggeration, and yes…I did have one.
It was during my time at Benedictine that I started to take my faith seriously and come to understand what it really means to have a relationship with Christ. The community and formation I experienced there made me realize that our Catholic faith is real and it’s our job to share it with the rest of the world. I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Theology and Education, after which I started working for FOCUS as a full-time campus missionary.
I spent three years on campus – one in Kentucky and two in Georgia – before moving out to Denver to work for the events team. Through both my time on campus and planning our events, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to witness college students encounter Christ, grow deeper in their relationship with Him, and discover the desire to share Him with the world. I’ve been constantly amazed by the people and beauty I’ve encountered.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
