We are more than excited to grow in our friendship as well as be the hands and feet that Jesus needs us to be on campus to bring His Gospel to these students.

I’m extremely blessed to come from a family that embraces our Catholic faith as part of our identity and one of my greatest joys is sharing this faith with others. It is by my witness and friendship with others that I love to share the light and joy of the Gospel.

During my undergraduate studies I encountered various sufferings and it was because of my Catholic faith and friends, that I was able to lean into them and meet the Lord there. Jesus desires friendship with us. He wants us to be vulnerable and open with Him, He doesn’t just want our joys but also our sufferings. College can be such a difficult time for many students, a time in which many students lose their faith. However, it can also be a time in which many of our best friendships can be made. The authentic relationships I formed in college have helped me cultivate a personal relationship with God and have ignited a burning desire to share this love with everyone!

As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ and show them the joy of the Gospel. My life has been absolutely transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring His love and mercy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus’ own example to find the best method of reaching the world. I’ve been constantly amazed by the different souls I’ve encountered on campus.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. Trusting in God to provide through the generosity of others, I cannot serve alone.

Mother Teresa said, “some people go by giving and some give by going…without both the mission is impossible.” The most important thing you could do for our mission is to pray for our missionary efforts to make disciples of all nations.
