We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
God has called me to serve at the University of Nebraska Omaha this school year- Go Mavericks! Jesus has transformed my life and has given me newfound hope and joy when I used to be reliant on the things of this world. In serving with FOCUS, I only hope to be a vessel for the Lord to work in and through me as I encounter the women of UNO. Read below to see why I said yes to serving with FOCUS!
Growing up in a Catholic home, I learned about God but I did not know how to have relationship with Him. After getting confirmed in the Catholic church, my priorities were focused on becoming the best athlete I could be- which allowed me to play collegiate volleyball at a nationally ranked program. However, soon I found myself on the bench my first two seasons and fell into the belief that I had no value. Fast forward to 2020, the combination of the pandemic and the loss of one of the most influential people in my life led me to fall into a season of great emptiness. My soul began to hunger for something deep and meaningful but I didn’t know what that was. As it turned out it wasn’t a “what” but a “who.” Jesus! Through the encounter of a FOCUS missionary who met me where I was at in life and became an authentic friend, I began to thirst for the life she modeled- one with Christ at the center.
Together, we can work against the ever-present spiritual battle for souls that is happening every day on college campuses.
You are giving faith, hope, and love to sons and daughters who were lost like I was.
Please feel free to reach out if you have prayer requests or if you would like to support me on mission!

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
