I serve on the Philanthropy Engagement Team for FOCUS! I get to be a missionary to benefactors – helping them live out mission in their own lives, and help advance the overall mission of FOCUS.

The Lord first encountered me through community, service, and prayer. Through this encounter, He led me to Benedictine College where I studied theology, had great mentors, and met my beautiful wife, Madeleine. We are now expecting a baby this June!

While at Benedictine, a student named Jonathan Jesik invited 5 men into discipleship. That following semester, I was invited into a Bible study and discipleship by one of those 5 men, Seth Conrad. Through that group of amazing men, my life was continually transformed by Jesus and I grew in a great conviction of mission. Since then, I have wanted nothing more than to help others encounter Jesus, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and let the love of God overflow in their lives through mission.

I pray and dream that in our time all Catholics will be filled with the Holy Spirit through a great outpouring and abundance of intimacy with our Lord. Through that intimacy, may the Spirit empower all Catholics to respond to the call of the Great Commission – and like Jesus, lay down our lives for the salvation of souls.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission.
