The Lord has called me to serve as the Team Director at Boise State University!

This is my third year as a missionary with FOCUS (and at Boise State!), but the first serving in the Team Director role. I am so excited to lead the team at the campus I’ve grown to love over the past two years. I am joined on mission by my amazing teammates Annalua, Caleb, Grant & Mikayla!

I converted to the Catholic faith during my four years of college at UCLA. It was there that I truly encountered the mercy, love, and peace of Christ in the community at the Catholic Center. After encountering the Lord in the sacraments (especially the Eucharist!), my life was transformed. Becoming Catholic required a lot of prayer, grace, and courage, but it was the best decision I have ever made.

Once I was aware of Jesus’ radical pursuit of my heart, I soon realized his desire to reach others on campus. Inspired by other student leaders, I began to lead a Bible Study in one UCLA’s sororities. Walking with women in bible study brought a newfound joy to my heart. I realized that the greatest gift you can ever give someone is the the gift of their true identity as a son or daughter of God. It became clear to me that Jesus was inviting me to continue this mission past college as a full-time FOCUS missionary.

When Jesus called me to become a FOCUS missionary, he did not call me alone. He has invited me to share the fruits of my mission with others through their spiritual and financial support. This team of supporters is truly on mission with me. Their sacrifices make this full-time mission possible. I have truly been blessed to have a team of mission partners who share my vision of not just reaching Boise State, but hopefully the world.
