I serve at the University of Arkansas! Woo Pig!

 During my time at Texas A&M, I was introduced to a relationship and identity with Christ, like I have never encountered before, with the help of FOCUS and St. Mary’s ministries. 

I went into A&M trying to find something that would fill a space, that truly God could only fill, I would later find out. I dove deep into my friendship with Christ and encountered a deepness that had no end. As I fell more and more for His love, He revealed a gift of being gazed upon and absolutely loved. Day after day, freely given, I was replenished with His love, and in my senior year, it finally clicked: to not store this up and keep it to myself, but to let it overflow to others. As I walk with girls in bible studies or in discipleship, and hear their hearts and wounds, I get to gaze at them and admire them, just as the Father has done for me (to live in imitation of Him), and lead them to Our Father, praying that they understand that they are seen, known, and loved by not just me, but truly by the ultimate Lover. 

I’ve learned so much, yet have only just started actively participating in Christ’s mission of inviting people and reminding them of His deepest desire of them: to be close to Him and live in imitation of Him. Understanding my craving for love and relationship drives me to bring others closer to Christ’s ultimate satisfaction, that our society today tries to imitate, but never matches.

This organization and apostolate of FOCUS aids in guiding students towards Christ by supporting them, building them up, and sending them out to do the same to others, little by little, fulfilling the great commission of Christ. 

Because of caring and passionate followers of Christ like YOU, I am able to answer this invitation and call from our Father and continue this commission of His. 

Together, you and I can support and build up the kingdom of God, making missionary disciples. Truly, we can reach students where they are at; students who are searching to be satisfied, who are lonely and lost, who are running to find a home. By joining this mission of FOCUS, you are right beside me, through your prayers. I am not able to do this mission alone.
