The Lord has called me to serve at Colorado Mesa University!

I thoroughly enjoy quality time and outdoor recreation, which means you’ll frequently find me spending time with my friends in the great outdoors – skiing, rock climbing, hiking, slacklining, catching a good sunset…you name it! I love inviting others to encounter God through adventure and the simple joys in life!

I grew up in a Catholic family. However, there were always things that were more important to me than my faith. My identity was heavily rooted in my friendships, and my pursuit of excellence in academics, sports, and music. I never felt truly satisfied beyond the initial thrill of my achievements and my identity was unstable, always reshaping to fit into my perfectionist, please-everybody mindset.

When I got to college at Eastern Washington University, I encountered a FOCUS missionary on campus. I was struck by her overflow of joy and authenticity as well as her intentionality in pursuit of friendship with me. She had the freedom to fully be herself (which unbeknownst to me at the time, was something I deeply desired). I received a personal invitation to attend a FOCUS conference, and it was at that conference where I had my first real encounter with Jesus Christ. I realized that living out of my identity as a beloved daughter of the Father was the only way to true joy and happiness and that if my life wasn’t lived with and for God, I would never be truly satisfied. Surrendering to His will has been the most freeing and life-giving decision I have ever made.

I said yes to becoming a FOCUS missionary because I’m being called to give back the love that I have received in abundance. I wish to walk with students and show them that striving for holiness is something that everyone can do…we just have to have the courage to say yes to His invitations. I invite you to encounter how transformational giving your ‘yes’ to Christ can truly be!

There is work to be done! Without spiritual and financial support from mission partners, I am not able to share Christ with college students who so desperately need to understand what true love is. This is where you come in! As a missionary, I fully fundraise my entire mission budget and need the support of generous partners like you to perform my work.
