We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I’m excited to answer the call to mission, by serving as a Full-time missionary at Texas Tech University!
I grew up a cradle Catholic, actively participating in church activities, but my faith life felt routine and dictated by how I was raised. In college, a Focus missionary introduced me to Bible study and discipleship, which deepened my faith, but I struggled to maintain my commitments with all the pressure from school. After a series of rejections in my engineering job search, a church conference helped me renew my trust in God, leading me to commit to daily prayer and ultimately becoming a Focus missionary, realizing the importance and benefits of surrendering to God’s plan.
God is challenging me to surrender everything to Him, despite uncertainties about funding, placement, and requirements, which make it hard to find security and control. He is calling me to ministry, specifically to share the gospel with college students, even though there’s no guarantee the message will be received well. Through these challenges, I believe God’s vision for me is to trust Him completely and share the gospel faithfully.
You play a crucial role in fulfilling this mission to reach an entire generation for Christ! None of this would be possible without your spiritual and financial support! Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about how you can be a part of the mission!
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
2 Corinthians 9:7
We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
