I serve as a missionary at the University of Cincinnati. Go Bearcats! You can catch me hanging around the Newman Center or at any sporting event on campus. I am honored to serve in my home state of Ohio and allow God to work through me to bring Jesus to the people of the Queen City.
My ultimate desire is to be a saint. I grew up in a large family of 13 kids and learned the Catholic faith alongside my family and friends. This helped me cultivate a strong desire for a personal relationship with Jesus and to help others encounter Him too.
I got my call to mission while in college at The Ohio State University. Go Bucks! I worked at the Newman Center during a very pivotal time for the Catholic community there and loved every minute I spent in Bible studies, holy hours, and other events working with my fellow students. Through the example of our missionaries and a whole lot of prayer, I was able to decern that God was calling me to be a FOCUS Missionary.
Growing in my relationship with Jesus has been the greatest joy of my life. I want nothing more than to bring this joy that I have been given to others and introduce them to the life-giving message of the Gospel. Jesus modeled humility by meeting us at our level. I strive to follow Him and His example of ministry, deeply investing in the lives of students. I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store this semester!
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. The most important thing that you can do to help support this mission is to pray. Please pray for me and the people that Christ will encounter at UC. If you are interested in partnering with me financially, please let me know the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.
