Where I serve

I serve on the FOCUS Missions team at the FOCUS Denver Support Center (DSC)!

In this role, I help to facilitate our 100+ trips each year attended by nearly 2,000 participants!

My Story

As a student at Texas A&M, I struggled at times to practice my faith well. I experienced periods on both sides of the spectrum: living my faith well and walking away at times. I wrestled with this until joining a FOCUS Bible study during my senior year. The fellowship I encountered in that group of men radically changed my view of the Church, and I couldn’t get enough. During my last semester at A&M, I attended the SEEK21 conference and my life forever changed that weekend. I encountered Christ truly present in the Eucharist and gave Him my entire self. Soon after, He placed on my heart a desire to enter into mission full-time after graduating college. I graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2021 and was assigned to serve at West Point!

I served at West Point for three years, and leading the team as Team Director my last year. During my time at West Point, the Lord has invited me to deeper trust and He has worked His wonders through my yes. I walked with dozens of men in bible study and mentored many on how to share the faith with their peers. It’s incredible to see how so many of these cadets are now living mission as officers in the Army all over the world!
