The Lord has called me to serve at one of the most exciting places in the country: The United States Military Academy at West Point!! What a blessing it is to walk with men who are on the path to serving as officers in the United States Army! GO ARMY, BEAT NAVY.

As a student at Texas A&M, I struggled at times to practice my faith well. I experienced periods on both sides of the spectrum: living my faith well and walking away at times. I wrestled with this until joining a FOCUS Bible study during my senior year. The fellowship I encountered in that group of men radically changed my view of the Church, and I couldn’t get enough. I grew radically in my faith that fall semester, beginning to see the story of Salvation History in scripture and striving for virtue fitting for a practicing Christian.

In the spring semester, I attended the SEEK21 conference that FOCUS hosts and had my life forever changed that weekend. I encountered Christ truly present in the Eucharist and received a call to surrender my life to Him. I gave him everything, my entire self, that weekend. Soon after, He placed a desire to enter into mission in a full-time capacity after graduating college. I wrestled with this call and eventually accepted an offer from FOCUS! I graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2021 and was assigned to West Point later that month.

Through my two years of being a missionary here, I have continually been called to grow in my trust in the Goodness of Our Almighty God. It has been one of the greatest experiences of my life to walk with the men at West Point and I am so excited to see how He continues to work in my life during my third year at the Military Academy! Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam!
