My Story

I am blessed to have been born and raised Catholic, and my faith has always been an important part of my life. When entering college I placed my worth in academic and career success. My sophomore year I joined a bible study and ended up going on a mission trip to Lima, Peru with FOCUS. It was then that I discovered my spiritual poverty and where I got to truly know Christ at a more intimate level. Because of this experience I know how impactful college years can be and that is why I want to help students come to know Jesus Christ and His unconditional love! It is a great privilege to get to serve Him on college mission, encountering and walking with students to build up His Kingdom!

Tengo la suerte de haber nacido y criada como Católica, y mi fe siempre ha sido una parte importante de mi vida. Cuando empecé la universida puse mi valor en el éxito académico y profesional. En mi segundo año me uní a un estudio de bíblia y termine yendo a un viaje misionero a Lima, Peru. Fue entonces cuando descubrí mi pobreza espiritual y donde conocí verdaderamente a Cristo en un nivel más íntimo. Gracias a esta experiencia, sé lo impactante que pueden ser los años universitarios y es por eso que quiero ayudar a los estudiantes a conocer a Jesucristo y Su amor incondicional! Es un gran privilegio poder servirle en la misión universitaria, encontrando y caminando con estudiantes para construir Su Reino!

When I said yes to FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission.
