We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” Romans 5:5
For my second year, the Lord has called me to serve again at Northern Michigan University!
I attended Notre Dame Catholic Elementary School, known as the wildcats. St. Thomas of Villanova, the secondary school I attended, was also known as the wildcats, and to my pleasant surprise, I have been called to serve as a missionary at Northern Michigan University, known as, guess what… the wildcats! (God is so cool how He intricately writes our stories.) “Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them!” Psalm 139.
From the time I can remember, I knew Jesus and I called Him my friend and my Savior. I thought, however, He was a God I could only trust sometimes. He was the kind of friend that would love me when I was good, and performed great works. And I slowly subconsciously created a false image of Jesus. I began believing lies about Him and lies about myself. And as I began to believe these lies, I started to turn to things of this world. But praise the Lord, this is not the God we serve. The God we serve loves us because He is love. Not because of what we do, or who we are but because of Who He is. He is a good God indeed and I want to tell the whole world about this Jesus.
I am grateful for my amazing family, especially my twin brother Lucas, who are beautiful witnesses of Christ’s love.
I will be on mission full time which means I have chosen to rely on spiritual and financial support through the generosity of my mission partners. What a joy it is to be able to invite others on this mission with me. Know that our good Lord loves you deeply. Whatever that mission looks like for you, you are called. If you are interested in joining this mission with me, I would love to get to know you more, and share a little bit of my story. Let me know how I can best reach you. It will be my pleasure to set up an appointment to meet with you.
The Lord has good plans for you. He created you on purpose for a purpose.
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom He predestined He also called, and those whom He called He also justified, and those whom He justified He also glorified.” Romans 8:28

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
