Where I serve

I am going into my 3rd year as a FOCUS missionary! I just wrapped up 2 incredible years at the University of Denver, and now I will be serving as a part-time missionary on the Digital Outreach team!

My Story

A beautiful reversion took place in my heart at 16 when I encountered Jesus in the Eucharist. A single gaze, and I fell in love.

Overflowing with God’s grace, I shared my love with the youth and retreat ministry of my home parish for the rest of my high school years.

God continued to intimately pursue my heart as I moved to my alma mater at the University of California, Irvine. Zotzotzot! In my first week on campus, I was invited to different events and to Bible studies. As I was building all of these new and beautiful relationships, my heart continued to soften to the voice of God as I heard and saw the Gospel being proclaimed to me. I know now what I did not know then, that I was actually being invited into a divine and eternal relationship with God. I had a new encounter with our Lord, but this time it was not only in the Eucharist, but in the face of each of my brothers and sisters, His beloved at UCI and the University of Denver. I am excited for who I will meet in my time on Digital!

I fell in love with the gaze of our Lord in the Most Holy Sacrament. Now it is I who gaze upon the children of His Most Holy Church, and know that Jesus is truly present. He is and always will be. Body and blood, soul and divinity.

God has called me to a life of mission and I am so excited to embark on this journey with FOCUS. Saying yes to being a full time missionary, requires that I be totally and completely dependent on God the Father to provide generosity through people like you, to financially and spiritually support me on campus.
