We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“Let me be Thy blind instrument. I ask not to see— I ask not to know—I ask simply to be used.” – St. John Henry Newman
I am excited to be on mission at the University of Connecticut! I believe that God reveals Himself to us through the simple things of life. Often, there’s a temptation to overlook the mundane and routine parts of our daily lives. My hope is to teach the students at UCONN that it is precisely in these moments that God’s Will is revealed, helping them recognize the truth and beauty in every moment of every day.
I grew up as the third oldest of seven children in a Catholic family. Growing up, faith and sports played significant roles in my family life. Junior year of high school, I verbally committed to play D1 lacrosse at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where I pursued a degree in Management Information Systems. During my two years of playing lacrosse in college, the Lord taught me that His immense love for me remained constant regardless of my successes or failures as an athlete and/or a student. In my sophomore year, I started a bible study for my teammates to grow in friendship with each other and to invite them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It was through this experience that I cultivated a desire to walk with student athletes in their journey and to help them glorify the Lord through their gifts and talents.
Your financial and spiritual support is essential to my mission on campus. As a missionary, I fully depend on the goodness of the Lord and His providence, as well as the supporters He places before me. This dependence gives me the opportunity to grow in relationship with my mission partners in the sharing of our life’s purpose which is to make disciples of all nations. It is through this endeavor, that we will be able to grow in unity with Christ!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
