The Recruitment Team

After five amazing years as a campus missionary, I now serve as a Recruitment Manager based out of our Denver Support Center.  My team works to help men and women to become FOCUS Missionaries!  We visit different campuses, host recruitment events, and follow up with students one-on-one.  Our ultimate goal is to help them say “yes” to God’s call in their life-whatever that may be!  We develop relationships with applicants throughout the year and run our recruitment weekends.  I truly belive that the men and women who are formed as missionaries in FOCUS are CHANGING the world.  It is an honor and a joy to serve on this team! 

As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring the life-changing message and JOY of the Gospel to others. In particular, I am deeply aware and convicted of the urgent need for the gospel on college campuses. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. On campus, we strive to follow this model of Jesus. We meet students where they are at, investing deeply in a few in a way that inspires and equips them to do the same for others. Together, with Christ, we will reach the many.
