God has called me deeper into mission this year! I served for four years as an on-campus Missionary at the University of Pittsburgh and then as the Team Director at the University of Delaware. Each year on staff has lead to deeper conversion in my own heart as well as a stronger conviction for the need to share the Gospel with everyone! This year I have transitioned to the East Area team, serving the apostolate of FOCUS in a new way as a Program Director. Through this role that God has called me to, I get the privilege to be a missionary to missionaries, serving the missionaries on campus and their students from the Area level!

I grew up Catholic and was blessed to attend Catholic Schools from Pre-K all the way up through high school. Throughout my life, I have always known who God is but it wasn’t until college that I began to explore a true personal relationship with the Lord. I joined a FOCUS bible study my Sophomore year of college and as I became friends with the people in my Catholic community I began to notice how differently they were living and that was attractive to me. I began attending more events, praying more regularly, eventually started a bible study of my own! My faith continued to grow and so did my desire to share the joy that I have found in a deep and personal relationship with Jesus. As a missionary, my greatest desire is that the students I work with come to know and love Jesus in an intimate way and that their hearts are set on fire with the desire to share the Gospel with everyone they meet. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus example to find the best method of reaching the world. I’ve been constantly amazed by the different souls I’ve encountered on campus.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
