I am entering my fourth year as a FOCUS missionary and I am very excited to serve as the Team Director of Edinboro University for the second year in a row! I spent my first two years at West Point and then I moved to Edinboro, and all three years have been amazing. Last year, we laid the foundation for mission in Edinboro, so this year we are planning to build off of this. I believe that God wants to do great things this year at Edinboro, so please join me in praying for the students here! 

I am a cradle Catholic, but I think the Lord is continuing to pursue and convert me every single day. As a missionary, I have found that God first wants me to be transformed, and I need his help daily in this task, but I have also found that God wants to change other’s lives through me. I desire to love God above all else, and to love my neighbor through sharing the gospel with them. Is there any greater task and adventure then to be transformed into Christ, and to participate in other people’s journey of this as well? This past year, I met a student by the name of Gracie. She applied to be a missionary in the fall and was hired. Around this same time, we had a swing dance on campus and I realized that she was by far my favorite person to dance with. Early in the spring semester, Gracie and I started dating and quickly realized that we would spend the next 80+ years of our lives together :). On May 5th, I asked Gracie to Marry me, and we are now preparing to be Married next May. We’ll be on mission at separate campus this coming year, then do mission together in the future! 

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
