We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I’m blessed to be serving at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. I’ve been called to engage both with students from the campus as well as young adults within the broader Pittsburgh community. My graduate background in physics & engineering makes me particularly suited for the students at CMU, both undergrad and grad.
I’m a recent convert who found his way to the Church within the past two years. Growing up agnostic, I discovered the beauty and truth of the faith through a personal reckoning with popular cultural and moral issues.
The more I learned about the Church, the more I knew she was home for all of humanity. The spring of 2022 was when I finally realized: a life without Christ is no life at all. I entered the Church officially at Easter that year!
Since then, I’ve been called by God to invite others home to the Church as a FOCUS missionary. I am convicted that students who encounter the truth, goodness, and beauty of Jesus Christ through deep personal relationship with others will have their lives eternally changed. My goal is to walk with students at CMU in those relationships as they get to know the Lord.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
