We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I serve as Team Director at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona! This is my fifth year on staff and it has been such a joy to share the Gospel with College students and accopany them in their walk with Christ. The last four years, I served at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where I was privileged to be Team Director for two years. God has continued to call me to serve in this radical way as an on campus missionary and team director. You’ll typically find me hanging out at All Saints Newman Center, grabbing coffee in town or going on adventures with students. Jesus has changed my life and continues to transform my heart as I invite others into a relationship with Him.
TEAM ASU 2023-2024
As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world. I’ve been constantly amazed by the different souls I’ve encountered on campus and look forward to continuing to open the door to more students each year.
“So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.” 1 Thessalonians 2:8
My Story has been a gentle unfolding of the Father’s love and an uncovering of His tender & intentional pursuit. In high school and most especially in college, independence brought about new decisions, new relationships, and a new place but it also brought about a call to personal ownership of my faith. In wrestling with this call to a deeper relationship I struggled to find community and continued to wrestle with what this personal relationship was supposed to look like. During my time in college I encountered Jesus Christ, the person, and there was a new light cast down on my life. There was deeper knowingness of who I was and my identity as a beloved daughter. Jesus, in a time of great loneliness & grief, showed me His merciful heart and for the first time I experienced the tender & personal pursuit of the Lord. This continued to be nurtured in FOCUS bible studies & a FOCUS mission trip to Rome in the spring of my senior year.
The journey as a disciple of the Lord continues but my great hope & mission is that I may someday arrive at the wedding feast in heaven having given my life on Earth to bringing others with me to the heavenly banquet. As Jesus calls me to a deeper relationship with Him, He continues to reveal to me his great thirst. As Christ laid down his life for us, in true imitation of the Lord, may I in a small way here on earth lay down my life in service to others & in the unleashing of the Gospel. Christ has called me to do this in a radical way as a FOCUS Missionary. I have the immense privilege of walking with college age women at different points in their spiritual journey. It is a true honor to watch the way the Holy Spirit invites these women to dance & a great blessing to be an instrument in the hand of our loving Father. I invite you to join in my mission sharing the Gospel and inviting students into a life lived for Christ. My life was transformed & others are waiting.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.
I look forward to connecting with you!
