We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
The Lord has called me to serve the student population at Oklahoma State University (OSU). Go Pokes!!!!
Here is our team at OSU (from left to right): Kaylee, Kolbe, Lorena, Hannah (Julian’s wife), Julian, me.
I have been blessed to know who God is my whole life, but I did not know how deeply He loved me. I grew up a cradle Catholic, with my dad as a youth minister. In middle school and high school, I thought I had God figured out, but I always had a longing in my heart for a deeper meaning of my life and true peace.
Going into college at the University of Georgia, studying Mathematics, I began to realize I wanted something more. I invested in the Catholic community and entered deeply into the sacraments and prayer. The summer after my sophomore year I attended FOCUS Summer Projects where the Lord radically transformed my life. Through my missionary and roommates, I felt safe. I began to recognize my own beauty because of their love for me. I was entering into the sacraments and time with the Lord daily, so He was able to take their love and reveal His own love for me.
When I returned back to the University of Georgia for my junior year, I was completely different. I was so peaceful and joy-filled. I was living my life for the Lord and not for the affirmation of those around me. There was so much goodness filling within my heart, I felt as if I was going to explode! This prompted me to begin a relationship with my FOCUS missionary on campus and begin to invest in freshman women through Bible studies, discipleship, and living life with them in their day-to-day. As soon as I began living on mission with these women, I recognized the tug in my heart to do this for much longer than just my time as a college student. The Lord has called me to bring His sheep back to the pasture and share the Good News of the Gospel with more women!
The Lord has specifically called me into this mission knowing of all of you who would enter into this mission field with me. We are all called to give our time, talent, and treasure to the Church, the Body of Christ. Thank you for supporting me to give my time to the Lord in this capacity. I am eternally grateful for this gift, and I am so eager to share this mission with you!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
