Hello and welcome! My name is Nathan Hall, I serve as a missionary alongside my beautiful wife, Regan, and our two daughters Magdala and Clare in Bismarck, North Dakota. We would be SO honored to have you join us on the journey that has been set before us by the Lord!

The Recruitment Team

I’m currently serving the Lord as a 6th year missionary with FOCUS. After five joyous years of serving as on campus missionaries, I serve as a Recruitment Manager for the North and South Areas. My team works to hire men and women to become FOCUS Missionaries! We visit different campuses, host recruitment weekends to help hundreds of students discern, and follow up with students one-on-one. Our ultimate goal is to help them say “yes” to God’s call in their life. We develop relationships with applicants throughout the year and run our recruitment weekends to inspire them to surrender all of their plans to the Lord, and to consider become a missionary. This past year we hired 334 new missionaries. I truly believe that the men and women who are formed as missionaries in FOCUS are changing the world and truly becoming our generations next saints. It is an honor and a joy to serve on this team!

Our Story

As missionaries, our greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. Both our lives have been forever changed by Jesus during our time as students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. We look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world. We have both been constantly amazed by the different souls we’ve encountered on campus and are excited to meet even more this year!
