I am going into my 3rd year as a missionary at Florida Atlantic University. I love serving here because my team, the students, and our Chaplain are all amazing. This is the Catholic Owls officers and missionaries 2024-2025. It is a great joy to be a missionary to the Owls! Whoo Whoo Whoo!

My whole faith journey truly began when I got involved in the Newman center at Mcneese State University. Particularly when I met the FOCUS missionaries. They constantly pushed me for better and invited me to events such as Awakening. This photo is from that retreat and the group here is a new family I have had the pleasure of growing with. I attended Seek 2023, the Focus national conference, in January where I took the first steps to becoming a FOCUS missionary myself. These two events along with bible studies and one on one meetings with my missionary were pivotal in the growth of my relationship with God, my character, and my willingness to follow in the footsteps of the missionaries at our campus.

My first semester as a missionary was with the Bosco Project in Crete, Nebraska. I served with 11 other men at Doane University in the fall of 2023. We formed the Tiger Catholics and began Bible studies. There was no formal Catholic community before we showed up. It was a beautiful experience to see a community form before our very eyes within the semester. It was great to serve alongside these men. I was told towards the end of the semester I would be leaving to go to Florida Atlantic University in the spring of 2024. Leaving was definitely a bitter sweet time but I was excited to see where the Lord would take me with this new assignment.

I came to FAU in the spring semester of my first year. I have since been very happy with serving here and serving the students on campus. The men have been great and have been a source of healing, growth in virtue, and have helped deepen my love for God. I am eternally grateful for the students he has put in my path.

I am entering into my 3rd year of being a missionary and will be returning to FAU. I look forward to this year as it is planned to be my last. I want to give everything I have to God, my team, and the students. Life is going to be changing greatly over this next year. I am excited to see where the Lord guides me. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this possible.
