I will be serving at Florida Atlantic University this coming spring 2024 semester! I am excited for this change and to see what God has in store for me!

My whole faith journey truly began when I got involved in the Newman center at Mcneese State University. Particularly when I met the FOCUS missionaries. They constantly pushed me for better and invited me to events such as Awakening. This photo is from that retreat and the group here is a new family I have had the pleasure of growing with. I attended Seek 2023, the Focus national conference, in January where I took the first steps to becoming a FOCUS missionary myself. These two events along with bible studies and one on one meetings with my missionary were pivotal in the growth of my relationship with God, my character, and my willingness to follow in the footsteps of the missionaries at our campus.

Doane University had nothing in the way of community before we showed up. We managed to start a Newman club and get bible studies in full swing before the first semester was up. I started a wrestling bible study on the last day of the semester! Because I am leaving after a semester I have handed this bible study to another teammate.

I was lost and was found, now it is my turn to help the next one in line.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
