Where I serve

I’m a 1st year missionary serving at Florida State University in Tallahassee Florida – Go Noles!

My Story

Like many others I was raised Catholic and went to Mass every Sunday growing up, but the faith was never personal and felt boring to me. This left me directionless and disconnected when I moved out of state to attend the University of South Carolina (Go Cocks).

However, when I got to college I quickly met another Catholic student who befriended me and invited me to his bible study. Through his friendship I saw the joy and light that a life centered on Jesus Christ could bring and I began to pursue a similar life for myself.

As I progressed through college I began to share my life with other guys on campus, inviting them into a personal relationship with Christ so that they could experience for themselves what Jesus meant when he said “I came so that they might have life and have it more abundantly.” (Jn 10:10)

Sharing this life with other men on campus was a great joy for me, so much so that I have decided to pursue it full time as a missionary with Focus. I am extremely grateful and excited for this opportunity!
