I serve at Doane University as a Varsity Catholic missionary

During my time at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA, I was constantly trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life after college. In my freshman year the most important thing I learned was that I wanted to encounter people in a more intentional way. My initial friends were great, but there was that something missing. That missing piece was God in those friendships.

As time went on, I met the FOCUS missionaries at the time through bonfires, daily mass, and many games of ping pong. I started participating in bible study and discipleship in my second semester. The biggest way my life was affected by the missionaries was just by them sharing their lives with me along with just showing me that genuine virtuous friendships are possible.

It is such a blessing from the Lord to be in a position to bring others back to him. I look forward to the opportunity to walk with students through my time on staff.

God has called me to such an amazing opportunity to encounter others through this new journey. Moving from South Louisiana to Nebraska has definitely been a transition but we are all called to mission in some way. Through the generosity of faithful mission partners, our mission is made possible. If you feel called in any way by the Lord, I would be blessed to meet with you.
