As Sr. Director of Staff Care, I serve about 1000 staff members across the world, helping them to thrive as missionary disciples so we can share the Good News with the world. God has called me to serve college students.

I learned about FOCUS in its early years when I was finishing up my undergraduate education at Christendom College. I joined as a full time missionary in 2001. Since then, I’ve served on campuses in Kansas and Massachusetts and then stepped into a role as a Regional Director. After launching our East Region in 2004 and leading our East coast campuses over four years, I was asked to serve at our Denver Support Center to build out FOCUS’s HR effort. We’ve combined a compassionate approach to personnel challenges with proactive care of all our employees. Receiving my professional HR certification (2012), and a Master’s in Psychology (2016) I have been blessed to contribute to the health and fruitfulness of our missionary staff in this capacity for the last 13 years. I feel blessed to serve as a missionary to our missionaries!
