Where I serve

Taking a new adventure to MANKATO, MINNESOTA! Mankato Team

I’m currently serving at Minnesota State University – Mankato. Minnesota is new territory for me, originally being from Michigan, but I’m ready to spread God’s message and share in the life of Christ with the students in Mankato. I’m hoping they can show me around and teach me how to live in the land of the lakes, I’ll for sure miss my Great Lakes though!

My Story

I became a FOCUS missionary because of my desire to become like Christ. I didn’t think I would ever desire something like that until I, myself was invested in by a FOCUS missionary where I went to college at University of Cincinnati. As I met up with this FOCUS missionary every week on campus it gave me a safe space to ask questions and talk about my faith with someone who related to me, that I felt safe around. As I was being invested in, the Lord slowly softened my heart and opened my eyes to see through His lens and get to know His church. I’m committed to still growing and to seeing more like Christ every day and I desire that for every student and every mission partner I encounter.
