We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“Brief indeed is our time for loving, for giving, for making atonement. It would be very wrong, therefore, for us to waste it, or to cast this treasure irresponsibly overboard. We mustn’t squander this period of the world’s history which God has entrusted to each one of us.”
-St. Josemaria Escriva
I am a first year missionary at Carroll College in Helena, Montana.
I’m originally from Baker City, Oregon and I graduated from the University of Idaho in 2023.
I am a “cradle” Catholic who was born into a big family. God has consistently called me deeper in my faith. In high school I partnered with my older brother to lead our parish youth group for two years. When I moved away to college I found a home in the church wherever I was. At the University of Idaho I was invited into a thriving young Catholic Community. I lead a morning rosary group each week and was invited into my first FOCUS Bible Study. FOCUS helped me grow deeper in my faith and allowed me to experience a different kind of young community than I had ever before. College students face many challenges in the modern world but none is so prevalent as the challenge to their faith. Students are searching for purpose and direction at this pivotal time in their life. I want to be a voice for the Truth of Jesus in the midst of the noise of the world.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. In order to serve the students at Carroll College radically, I need your help! If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you!
Please feel free to contact me at anytime with questions or prayer intentions you may have!
We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
