We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
Many, many people hereabouts are not becoming Christians for one reason only: there is nobody to make them Christians. -St. Francis Xavier
“You cannot be half a saint; you must be a whole saint or no saint at all.” -St. Th r se of Lisieux
This is my third year of mission and God has called me to serve at DePauw University. Roll Tigs!!! You’ll most like find me hanging out at a coffee shop, St. Paul’s, or hanging out with people around campus. I would love to have a meet up and talk about how Jesus has changed my life!
I grew up in Rochester MN. I went to Lourdes high school, and during my time there I started to learn a lot about our faith in theology classes. What I was learning in my classes impacted my prayer, and my prayer increased my desire to learn about the faith. I took a gap year between high school and college. During that time I became involved with the young adult group in Rochester. I also worked at St. James Coffee House, a Catholic coffee shop with a Eucharistic chapel in it!!! During this year I grew in love and devotion to Jesus and coffee. Through this new love of Jesus, I felt a call to enter seminary for the Diocese of Winona-Rochester.
I stayed in seminary for four years until the spring semester of my senior year. I felt the Lord calling me to step out of seminary formation and finish my philosophy degree at Saint Mary’s University.
I still have the desire to give my heart completely to Jesus. I am really excited and blessed to be a FOCUS missionary. I can’t wait to go and set the world on fire with the love of Jesus!
My first year of mission FOCUS sent me to IUPUI in Indy. Serving at IUPUI was such a blessing to me. I learned a lot about sharing the Gospel with others. Last year I was sent to Indiana University where the Lord continued to stretch my heart for mission. This year I am living in Greencastle IN and serving at DePauw.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
