After four years serving on campus at the University of Texas, I’m now working as a Recruitment Manager based out of our Denver Support Center. My team works to help men and women to become FOCUS Missionaries! Every year we visit different campuses, host recruitment events, and interview hundreds of students. Our ultimate goal is to help them say “yes” to God’s call in their life-whatever that may be!  Becoming a missionary with FOCUS changed my life. I’m honored to be able to share all that Christ has done in my life and others through FOCUS and invite men and women to join us on mission!

I have the privilege of overseeing everything recruitment from our south area campuses, from Texas to the Carolinas. Working and supporting on campus missionaries, I get to invite potential applicants to discern whether or not God is calling them to join FOCUS on mission. Becoming a missionary changed my life and gave me a front row seat to see the Holy Spirit working in students’ lives. I

I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama where I was blessed to have a wonderful and supportive family help form me in my faith. In college, I attended Auburn University where I was met by an amazing Catholic student community and found authentic friendships that helped push me in my relationship with the Lord.

As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus’ own example to find the best method of reaching the world. I’ve been constantly amazed by the different souls I’ve encountered on campus.

Five years ago, when I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. Without them, none of my work is possible!
