FOCUS Donor Portal
We’ve launched a new and improved donor portal to better serve you!
Donors can log in using their primary email address to view and edit existing gifts. To make a new gift, we recommend using the “Give” button on the main page of our website for the easiest experience.
Please note that from December 24 through January 6, our team will have limited availability, but we are still happy to assist you as needed.

FAQ
An account is automatically created for you when you submit a donation. You will need to use your email address on file to access your account. If you don’t remember which email, or are encountering challenges please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to reset this for you.
Due to system restrictions, you may encounter challenges when using an internal FOCUS email address (ex. <yourname>@focus.org). If you are using a FOCUS email and are unable to log in, please contact us at [email protected] and we can update your primary email address so you can sign in.
No, emails will be sent in the new year to donors.
To ensure the security of your payment information, please call our Donor Communications team at (303) 962-5750. They’ll be happy to assist you over the phone.
You can update your gift directly in the donor portal. If you experience challenges, please email the Donor Communications team at [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.
All recurring gifts set up with a credit card in our previous system were migrated to the new platform as of April 2025. If your gift is still being charged, rest assured it is processing correctly—even if your history doesn’t yet reflect the latest activity.
